LINDY, a series of tables in different sizes and with a clear, distinctive identity. "The name Lindy is a nod to the Lindy Hop, a dance that inspired our first designs for Johanson. In Swedish, however, it's also associated with a word that describes the way in which different elements are linked. And that's exactly what LINDY's most important design feature does," says Emma Marga Blanche. This unobtrusive yet distinctive element is a small cast-aluminium fitting that connects the top of the frame to the legs.
